Installation method of breeding ventilation window

 Broiler breeding density is large, the degree of intensification is high, and it is indispensable to create suitable humidity and temperature conditions. Maintaining good and controlled ventilation is one of the important measures. The ventilation of the chicken coop is divided into mechanical ventilation and natural ventilation.Natural ventilation is the use of windows, under the action of natural wind and temperature differences, in the northern region, the total area of windows is generally about 1/3 of the building area. Generally, the window should be symmetrical and evenly distributed. In order to adjust the ventilation volume, the breeding ventilation window can also be made into two rows, and some windows can be opened and closed according to the ventilation volume requirements.Mechanical ventilation is the main method to adjust the environmental conditions in the house under the condition of closed chicken coop, high density broiler and large group feeding, and ventilation is closely related to temperature control, humidity control, dust removal and air composition. The mechanical ventilation methods of contemporary broiler closed chicken coops mainly include two types, namely horizontal ventilation and longitudinal ventilation.(1) Transverse ventilation. When the length of the chicken coop is short and the span does not exceed 10 meters, lateral ventilation is mostly used. Transverse ventilation mainly has two designs: positive pressure system and negative pressure system. The most common application is negative pressure ventilation system. In production, penetrating ventilation is mainly used. It is to install the fan on the side wall, set the air inlet in the corresponding part of the opposite wall of the fan, and fresh air flows in from the air inlet, passes through the cross path of the chicken coop, and is discharged outside the house. This ventilation design requires that the exhaust air volume is slightly greater than the intake air volume, so that the air pressure in the house is slightly lower than the air pressure outside the house, which is conducive to the fresh air outside the house automatically flowing into the chicken coop under the influence of this negative pressure.(2) Longitudinal ventilation. When the length of the chicken coop is long, reaching more than 80 meters and the span is more than 10 meters, longitudinal ventilation should be adopted. It refers to the installation of the fan on one side of the broiler coop gable, and the air inlet is set up on the opposite gable of the fan or the walls on both sides of the opposite gable, so that the fresh air penetrates the longitudinal diameter of the chicken coop under the action of negative pressure. In the high temperature season in summer, in order to effectively cool the chicken coop, it is usually necessary to install a wet curtain at the air inlet, that is, the wet curtain cools. Because the longitudinal ventilation system of the chicken coop has the advantages of simple design and installation, low cost, good ventilation and cooling effect, it is more commonly used in the current chicken production.Now the use is generally longitudinal ventilation, side ventilation pipes, the effect is good

The suitable temperature for chicken growth is 18-25 ℃, and good production levels can also be achieved between 13-28 ℃. The indoor temperature difference between day and night should be controlled within 5 ℃, with high temperatures not exceeding 8 ℃. The indoor horizontal temperature should be controlled within 2 ℃, and the vertical temperature difference should not exceed 1 ℃. The temperature inside the chicken coop should be adjusted according to changes in external temperature to maintain a reasonable range.

Here we mainly talk about the side wall ventilation windows in the ventilation system, also known as ventilation windows and chicken house air intake windows.

1、 Specification of ventilation windows for aquaculture

In most cases, it is necessary to make the air inlet gap almost reach the full length of the chicken coop in order to obtain sufficient ventilation, so in practice, it is necessary to make the air inlet as slender as possible. There are various external dimensions, generally including: 560mm wide and 270mm high; Specifications such as 600mm wide, 320mm high, or 700mm wide, 300mm high.

2、 Materials for breeding ventilation windows

It is generally made of engineering plastic by injection molding, with high durability and strong aging resistance. The outer mouth needs to be equipped with a bird screen.

3、 The function of breeding ventilation windows

In the negative pressure ventilation method, there are two periods when side windows are required.

When adopting a mixed ventilation method, use the exhaust fan at the end of the chicken coop to exhaust the air, close the air inlet at the front of the chicken coop and the wet curtain position on the side wall, so that air enters the chicken coop through the ventilation window above the side wall of the chicken coop, achieving fresh air entering the chicken coop and avoiding cold air blowing directly towards the chicken coop. It should be noted that during the spring and autumn seasons, the air exchange inside the greenhouse can be increased to a greater extent, so that the air is evenly mixed and reaches the equilibrium temperature inside the greenhouse.

2. When using lateral ventilation: Install an exhaust fan on one side of the sidewall, only open the air inlet on the opposite side of the lateral fan, and close the air inlet on the same side of the lateral fan. The purpose of cross ventilation is to achieve air quality while not causing significant changes in the ambient temperature inside the chicken coop, as chickens can hardly feel the wind blowing during cross ventilation. Generally used during cold seasons and the brooding period.
